Pathways

Pathways is a tool to follow and track the learning experience at Toastmasters International. It helps you learn communication and leadership skills that you need to succeed. When a new member joins a Toastmasters Club, he/she will choose a Pathway which will define his/her educational program on the Toastmaster International Website TMI www.toastmasters.org.

All Pathways consist of 5 Levels focusing on the following skills:

Level 1 – Mastering Fundamentals
Level 2 – Learning Your Style
Level 3 – Increasing Knowledge
Level 4 – Building Skills
Level 5 – Demonstrating Expertise

Level 1 is the same for all Pathways and starts with the Ice Breaker Project. The content of Level 2-5 differs depending on the Pathway.

The first Pathway is for free from TMI. Upon finishing a full Pathways ILTM will reimburse you the fee of the second Pathway fee that you need to pay TMI (20$).
