Mentoring
Mission of the Role: The main role of the Mentor is to guide new members – in particular to pass the Level 1 of Pathways and help them develop their first three speeches.
Often the Mentee is unfamiliar with the different committee roles and tools, therefore a mentor acts as a single point of contact for Mentee. Mentor’s role is to accompany the Mentee in their engagement with VP Education, VP Membership and Treasurer, etc.
