      _Time is kept

Find out how beneficial PP is for your club elections and meetings in your business.

Humans are a storytelling species. Nothing feels more enticing, more entertaining and more engaging than a story.
But how do we come up with good stories to tell? What if we feel we are simply not talented or creative enough to tell stories that hook and engage our audience?
Good news: It`s not that difficult.
In this 1-hour ILTM workshop, accomplished writer and public speaker Sonja Bonin will teach you an easy and effective method to generate personal anecdotes. Together, we will explore the simple secrets of storytelling and practice using personal stories in our speeches.
You will take home at least one anecdote to use in one of your future speeches as well as a whole list of ideas for more stories to tell.
Learn how to apply the power of anecdotes in your speeches in as little as a lunch break!
Sign up now – we are curious to hear your stories.

Sonja Bonin has more than 20 years of journalism, translating and publishing under her belt. She has been a member of the Zuriberg Toastmasters Club since early 2017 and completed her Competent Communicator Award within just a year.
Sonja has lived in Germany, Switzerland, China and the U.S. and is currently based in Zurich. She works in English and German.

What if you could give and receive feedback in an easy way?

It’s a big deal to give a speech. When someone puts their ideas and themselves out there, it can sometimes be scary for them to receive feedback. As an evaluator, it’s our job to give constructive feedback that not only shows them what they are already good at but also presents them with areas of improvements.

It’s a two way process where the evaluator is able to get their points of view across in such a way that the receiver feels respected, valued and motivated to integrate the feedback.

            No prerequisites, just bring yourself.
